This session explores how relationships are shaped and influenced by neurodiversity, and how understanding these differences can strengthen practice. Focusing on both adults and children, the session highlights the positives that neurodivergent ways of thinking, communicating, and relating bring to relationships. During the session we will reflect on how environments, expectations, and responses impact connection, trust, and wellbeing, while gaining practical insight into building relationships that are respectful, flexible, and strengths-based.
