Partnering with Survivors

Our training is aimed at professionals who have completed a Safe and Together Overview Day or Safe and Together Core 4 Day Training.

To refresh participants understanding of the Safe and Together Principle, particularly principle 1 and 2 and how this relates to the importance of partnering with survivors.

To support participants to understand the importance of partnering well with survivors, barriers to survivor engagement and the positive outcomes domestic abuse informed partnering outcomes this can bring for the child, survivor, social worker and system as a whole.

To understand the process of partnering and to feel confident using it.
