Activities to try at home

Create a den using any material you have, to make a secret reading place for children. Use pegs to attach it to trees, fencing, chairs, washing lines, crates, sofas etc. it can help to create shade during the summer.

Choose an exciting picture in a book and play eye spy. What can you see?
