Childcare Chat provides families with an easy, welcoming opportunity to drop in for help with Funded Early Learning (FEL) applications and eligibility checks. Staff are available to offer guidance, answer questions, and support parents and carers to understand the childcare options available to them.
These sessions can be accessed face‑to‑face, over the phone, or within existing groups, making it simple for families to get the support they need in a way that works best for them.
