How to Register
It’s free and takes just 5 minutes.
You can register:
- Online
- Or ask for a paper form at your local Family Hub
You’ll be asked for some basic details about you and your child, like names, dates of birth, and contact info.

• use and store your information so we can contact you about upcoming activities provided by Family Hubs and their partners
