Who we support and referral reason

We support children where there are concerns about their eye health and visual function.

Services are provided at:

  • A floor, Sheffield Children’s Hospital

How to refer, who is involved and who to contact

New referrals must come from a health professional such as:

  • GP
  • Consultant
  • Optician

Schools cannot refer directly.
