Shared Ownership

One of the most popular schemes to help you buy your home is Shared Ownership.

Shared Ownership is where you buy a share of a property and rent the rest of it. This can sometimes be cheaper than renting from a private landlord. Shared Ownership does not mean you have to share your home with other people, unless you want to.

The Home Ownership for People with Long-Term Disabilities (HOLD) scheme in England could help you buy a home for sale on shared ownership.   This is if you have a long-term disability.
