    Useful Documents Childcare Sufficiency Assessment The Childcare Act 2006 places a legal duty on us to ensure that there is sufficient childcare available in Sheffield to enable parents to work or undertake training to be in work. The Childcare Sufficiency Assessment (CSA) is an assessment of existing childcare provision in the city, mapping supply of, demand for and gaps in the childcare market. We are required to produce an annual sufficiency report on the availability and sufficiency of childcare in Sheffield. This is available for you to download here.
