Being a Parent Autism Workshop

This workshop is for parents and carers of children with Autism. In this session, we will talk about:

• raising self-esteem and confidence
• your child’s needs and how these affect behaviour
• how to look after yourself as a parent

The workshop is run by parents who have completed the Empowering Parents, Empowering Communities training and their own experiences, backgrounds and skills make the sessions friendly and engaging.

There are 3 workshops, you can come to just one or all three.
