EPEC Being a Parent Autism Workshop

This workshop is for parents and carers of children with Autism. In this session, we will talk about:

• raising self-esteem and confidence
• your child’s needs and how these affect behaviour
• how to look after yourself as a parent

There are 3 workshops run by parents who have completed the Empowering Parents, Empowering Communities training and their own experiences, backgrounds and skills make the sessions friendly and engaging.
