Fear-less Triple P Programme

Fear-Less Triple P is a programme that helps parents support children who feel worried or anxious. It teaches parents ways to help their child cope with fears. Parents learn how to set a good example, help their child become emotionally resilient, and choose the best tools to use when their child feels anxious. The skills can be used with the whole family, not just one child.
