Sleep hygiene means the habits and environment that help your child sleep well at night and feel alert in the day. This is an information session for parents and carers of children aged 12 months and older.

 

You will learn about:

  •      why sleep is important
  •      how much sleep children need
  •      the sleep cycle
  •         how to help your child sleep better
  •      what makes a good bedtime routine

·       We will be delivering the session via Microsoft Teams, joining instructions will be given once you have booked in. Please ensure that you have downloaded the Microsoft Teams app prior to the session.
