Our vision will ensure Young Sheffielders can achieve their goals and ambitions and benefit from the future economic prosperity of the city. They will contribute to, and benefit from, supportive and dynamic neighbourhoods with access to a wide range of youth, leisure, cultural and recreational opportunities.

Our work consists of youth work provisions such as Youth Clubs, Detached Youth Work, Groupwork, Holiday Activities and Partnership working.

Youth workers are often the only professionals that young people will have contact with out of school. They have a presence in local communities in parks and neighbourhoods talking to young people. Their knowledge, skills and experience is used to build relationships with young people and helping them learn and grow.
