Stools and Chairs
Perching Stool
A perching stool is an adjustable stool with a sloping, padded seat that allows the user to 'semi-sit' and rest in areas like the bathroom. It may have a backrest, armrests, and slip resistant rubber feet for additional comfort and support.
Shower Stools / Shower Chairs
Shower stools or chairs provide a secure place to sit when showering and can be very useful for people who can’t tolerate standing for long periods, or are at risk of falling whilst washing in the shower. It can be helpful to use them in conjunction with a wall mounted grab rail, provided there is sufficient space. There are a range of shapes and sizes available
