Family Hubs and Start For Life

Family Hubs are friendly, welcoming places -  providing activities for children aged 0–5 and offering help, support and information for parents and carers of children aged 0-19, or up to 25 for those with special educational needs or disabilities.

The first 1,001 days of a child’s life – from pregnancy to their second birthday – are so important for their future. All families benefit from a little help to give their baby the best start in life.

Start for Life services are here to support new and expectant parents and their families. We want every child to have the best possible start in life.
