Autism and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) diagnosis required. Other support for autistic children and young adults can be searched for on this website (Sheffield Directory and SEND Local Offer). A small number of children with additional medical needs may require follow up. A referral will be needed from a GP. Children and young adults diagnosed with ADHD who need medication will remain under the care of this service. Where an ADHD diagnosis has been given elsewhere and medication is requested, a referral is needed from a GP. Other neurodisability medical conditions would need a referral from a GP. They would be managed in line with medical need. |
